London, April 12th 2018 – Sirdata, specialised in browsing data collection, processing and distribution, has been certified by the accredited organisation ePrivacy GmbH on its compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The ePrivacySeal EU certification is recognised in the AdTech market based on a set of technical and legal criteria, that demonstrates conformity of digital solutions and products to the new European regulation. In this respect, all of Sirdata’s technologies and services underwent an in-dept audit operated by IT and legal experts, to confirm the strict respect of the legislative provisions that will come into force on May 25th.
ePrivacy experts have evaluated, controlled and documented Sirdata’s data processes, their legitimate basis, the means deployed by the company with respect to users’ protection, information and rights exercises, as well as the security of its systems and infrastructures.
